Once the lead is captured via the state specific website, the information will show up instantly in the agent's personal lead manager console for viewing, printing or filing.
 
Statewide Producer
1. Select your State and Agency Type (main carrier) and select which Lead Types you want to receive.
2. Select the Region of the State in which you want to receive leads.
3. Select the specific Zones (3 digit zip codes) for lead pricing and availabilty.
4. Register for the available Zones and Lead Types.
5. After registering, please fax the following to: 1-866-921-9600

   A. Copy of your Confirmation Letter
       (you will receive this by email).
   B. Signed terms of use agreement.
   C. Copy of Insurance License.
   D. Evidence of main carrier appointment
       or link to company website.
6. Upon receipt of above requirements, your account will be activated. Leads will appear in your Lead Manger Panel as soon as they come into your subscribed Zone.
